You probably don't need another sales page.
If you searched “asbestos surveyor near me”, you are usually trying to answer something much simpler: Do I need a survey, what type do I need, and what happens if asbestos is found?
WKA surveys, samples, reinspects and advises. We are independent of asbestos removal contractors, so the survey is about what the building actually needs rather than creating removal work.
What do you actually need?
Rather than repeat the rest of the website here, these links take you straight to the detailed WKA pages for each type of work.
Management Surveys
For normal occupation and routine maintenance.
Refurbishment Surveys
Before intrusive refurbishment or alteration work.
Demolition Surveys
Before demolition of a building, structure or defined area.
Sampling & Testing
When you have a suspect material and need a clear answer.
Reinspection & Survey Updates
Condition monitoring and updating surveys after removal.
Not sure yet?
Start with the questions people most often ask us.
Local really does mean local
WKA is based in Warwickshire and regularly works throughout Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Wellesbourne, Alcester, Shipston-on-Stour, Coventry, Solihull, Redditch, Evesham, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and the Cotswolds.
We also travel further where the project makes sense. Being nearby is useful; being competent is more important.
What should I send for a quote?
You do not need to write an essay. The property address, what the building is used for, what work you are planning, and any useful photographs, drawings or previous asbestos information will usually give us enough to start.

Found asbestos. What happens next?
Finding asbestos does not automatically mean it has to be removed. Depending on the material, its condition, its location and what you plan to do with the building, it may be managed in place, protected or repaired, or removed.
Where specialist removal, analytical work or another service is genuinely needed, these are companies we know, use or are comfortable pointing clients towards.
Useful contacts
These are here because they can be useful after a survey — not to turn the page into a directory.
